AgFirst Farm Credit Bank
Senior Project Manager 10/2019 - Present

AgFirst Farm Credit Bank is part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, the largest agricultural lending organization in the United States. With assets of more than $30 billion, AgFirst provides funding and financial services to 20+ financial associations in 15 Eastern states and Puerto Rico.  These Associations provide real estate and production financing to more than 80,000 farmers, agribusinesses and rural homeowners.

 

Currently, I am employed as a Senior Project Manager.  This is a contract position through Ask Consulting, a global firm, servicing some of the world’s largest enterprises and corporations with innovative talent, workforce and project solutions.

 

Accomplishments:​

  • Successfully managed the implementation of SailPoint IIQ, an Enterprise Identity Administration and Governance System for a 6,000+ user base involving AgFirst Farm Credit Bank and (22) Associate Banking organizations.  This included managing (2) Active Directory Remediation projects in preparation for SailPoint “One Touch” implementation.

  • Successfully managed SailPoint “One Touch” implementation project which integrated SailPoint IIQ system with 100+ software applications.  Integration included setting up software automation using Role Based Access Control (RBAC, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).

  • Drove the Privileged Access Management (P.A.M.) selection project.  After CyberArk was chosen, managed the  installation of the CyberArk software application within the AgFirst infrastructure environment. 

  • Guided the Identity Access Management (IAM Team) on Agile methodologies and best practices.  Used Microsoft Azure DevOps software application for project management and Clarity for Financial management.

  • Use SharePoint software application to provide weekly project status reports to AgFirst’s Project Management Organization (PMO) and monthly status reports to AgFirst’s Project Execution and Advisory Committee (PEAC).
